There is nothing more exciting than following Jesus with a small group. We journey together – like the first disciples Jesus called. Maybe we are not wandering around Palestine… but we are on a wonder–full learning journey, trying to follow, occasionally making mistakes but finding out more each day. Jesus call is not just to personal transformation, but also to journey with a community who are on mission together to share the good news of Jesus.
Ofcourse journeying in community brings its tensions and frustrations – but these knock the corners off us as we learn to give and receive love. There are easy times and difficult ones but gradually, we learn to let go of control and trust in God’s guidance and provision. Today why not use Psalm 23 as your prayer.
